Be Well | A Daily Devotional

When someone wishes you well, they are expressing their best wishes and hope for your good health and well-being. I know that when we hear the phrase 'Be well,' we tend to focus immediately on one's physical health or natural well-being. However, being physically healthy is only one side of the spectrum; one can be well physically and struggling emotionally while diminishing spiritually. When we think of the phrase 

'Be Well,' the word 'whole' should come to mind.
